How to Use KanisKart

Shop by inquiry in a few simple steps

Using KanisKart is simple. You can browse products, select variants, submit an inquiry, and our team will contact you.

Step 1: Browse products

Visit the home page or product listing page to explore categories, brands, promotions, and featured products.

Step 2: Search or filter

Use search, category filters, price filters, and sorting options to find products that match your needs.

Step 3: Open product details

Click a product to view images, videos, descriptions, highlights, available variants, pricing, and PIN-code serviceability.

Step 4: Select a variant

Choose the required product variant such as color, size, type, material, or other available options.

Step 5: Add to cart

Add the selected item to your cart and adjust quantity if needed. The cart value is an inquiry estimate, not a payment amount.

Step 6: Submit inquiry

Click “Submit inquiry” and fill in your name, mobile number, optional email, reference address, call number, WhatsApp number, and contact preference.

Step 7: Confirmation

After submission, you will see a confirmation message. You may also receive confirmation through WhatsApp or email.

Step 8: Track progress

If you log in with your mobile number, you can track your inquiry status and updates. If you submitted as a guest, login with the same verified mobile number to claim and track your inquiry.

KanisKart does not currently support online payment or automatic checkout. Our team will contact you to confirm details and guide you through the next steps.
